Welcome to the department of College Student Personnel (CSP)
at Arkansas Tech University. Our department offers a 36
hour Master of Science degree program to prepare passionate
Student Affairs professionals to work in a variety of higher
education settings. This practitioner-oriented program is
available both on campus and online. If you are interested
